Fellowship of Christian Athletes 2008 National College Conference

Who Can Attend?

The FCA National College Conference is for current or former college varsity/club athletes, enrolled in college. It is for those athletes who desire to grow spiritually and start or expand FCA on their college campus. Why so specific?

FCA has had a rich history of ministering to “athletes, coaches and all whom they influence.” However, we see a great need when it comes to athletes at the college level and in an effort to meet this need, we've designed a conference specifically for varsity rostered/club athletes.

I Play A Club Sport, Can I Attend?
On some college campuses, club teams are considered essentially a varsity team. You can attend the College Conference as long as your college/university does not have a varsity team in that sport.

Are Intramural Athletes Considered Varsity/Club?
Varsity athletes are currently on a roster with their college and recognized as an official college sports team by their athletic department. In the abscence of a particular sport, some colleges offer "club teams". When a team competes against other colleges they are considered a "club team."

Can I Attend If I'm A High School Graduate, Entering College?
You must have spent the current year on the campus of your college or university.
